Pharmacy2u - The surgery and ACE aware that many of our patients have received promotional letter from Pharmacy2u. Whilst it is patient choice, we would like to make you aware that Pharmacy2u are based in Leeds and they send all your repeat medication via Royal mail. They have also stated on their promotional letter that Frinton Road Surgery is affiliated with Pharmacy2u, which is incorrect
New Staff - We are very pleased to welcome Alison Jones to the nursing team from the 14th February 2017. Alison is an experienced nurse practitioner and will be running a minor illness clinic at Frinton Road on Tuesday and Friday. The minor illness clinic appointments will be bookable on the day only. She is also able to see patients with a chronic disease for their annual reviews, ie asthma, diabetes. These appointments are bookable in advance and you just need to ask at Reception.
Dementia Support Clinic
The surgery is providing a new service, working in partnership with the local Alzheimer’s Society to support anyone affected by dementia in the Tendring area.
The Alzheimer’s Society has dedicated trained staff to offer support, raise awareness, hold dementia friends sessions and hold regular clinics for patients, carers and family.
If you would like to book into one of the clinics provided in the surgery, please call the usual surgery number above and ask for an appointment in the Dementia clinic. The clinic will be held at Epping Close surgery, Kennedy Way, Clacton on Sea, CO15 4AB on the following dates:
16th March and 18th May.

Facilities for disabled patients
There is wide concreted access to the front of the surgery, and disabled toilet to cater for wheelchair patients
